This is a barrel gloss Sn-Cu plating developed in-house. It has very good soldering characteristics and discoloration resistance. It is currently being mass-produced using automatic machines and is being used in the mass production of several customers. As of May 2003, it has achieved a record of over 30 million pins per month.
